San Francisco-based photographer Beth Moon is looking for the most old world trees for 14 years.
She has traveled the world to photograph the most magnificent trees that look as old as the world.
"As the largest and oldest living monuments on earth, I believe these trees will take on greater significance...
...especially at a time when our goal is to find better ways to live with the environment," writes Moon.
Sixty of Beth Moon's photos were published in a book titled The Oldest Trees .
