"Cat Street View":Japan seen by cats

You can now walk through major cities around the world and even oceans from your sofa, thanks to Google Street View. From now on, it is also possible to walk around virtually in Japan...and at the height of cats!

Cat Street View is the name of a brand new site, which allows Internet users to explore the Japanese region of Hiroshima, in the west of the country, on four legs (or almost). From small businesses to the biographies of emblematic cats of the region, this very "meow" little interactive journey allows "to develop a different way of seeing these cities and to offer a new point of view of the streets", explains a manager of the sector of the area tourism at "Japan Real Time".

For the moment, only a few shopping streets are available in the port city of Onomichi, a city known in particular for the large number of cats that live there (a museum is even dedicated to maneki-neko, these statues of carrying cats). golden happiness that move the paw). At the beginning of October, new landscapes and tomcats should appear.
