To create this ranking, the site analyzed restaurants per capita, average meal prices (converted to euros), and the share of vegan-friendly options. Each city earned a score out of 10 per criterion, with the overall position determined by the average.
Lisbon, Portugal's vibrant capital, claims first place with the highest density of restaurants per resident and remarkably affordable eats—averaging just €14 per person per meal. Rounding out the top three are Italy's enchanting Florence and Greece's historic Athens.
