The Miracle Remedy To Never Get Car Sick Again.

The Miracle Remedy To Never Get Car Sick Again.

Since I was little, traveling has inevitably meant nausea, crying and feeling of discomfort.

And whether by car, boat or plane, I have always had the famous car sickness.

Pharmacists advised me lots of remedies like Cocculine, but it never worked for me.

Fortunately, my grandmother revealed to me an effective remedy to cure motion sickness.

The trick is to bite a sugar soaked in mint essential oil. Watch:

What you need

- half a sugar

- 2 drops of peppermint essential oil

How to

1. Take the sugar.

2. Put 2 drops of peppermint essential oil.

3. Let the sugar soak in.

4. Bite into the sugar right away.

Result

And There you go ! Thanks to this grandmother's remedy, car sickness is over :-)

Easy, fast and efficient, right?

And it's more natural than Cocculine for the same effect.

Repeat the treatment as soon as you feel the symptoms return.

If you don't have peppermint essential oil, you can substitute it with lemon, ginger or tarragon.

Please note that peppermint essential oil should be avoided in children under 10 and pregnant women.

Why does it work?

The smell and taste of the essential oil helps to digest better. This instantly takes away the feeling of nausea.

In addition, it clears the airways and it gives a boost. This avoids the feeling of being soft and in bad shape.

Additional advice

You can also use a Vichy pastille instead of sugar. It's easier to carry in the bag.

The other little trick is to put the drop of essential oil on a tissue and breathe in the smell to calm nausea.

To avoid motion sickness, eat before you leave, but not too greasy. Always watch the road by sitting in the direction of travel and avoid reading or playing on the phone.

If possible, let air through the car.
