I visit Watertuin regularly for abundant buffets. For a fixed price, indulge in unlimited food and drinks with various packages and durations—you prepay and estimate time upfront. After trying different slots, 2.5 hours is ideal for us.
Choices include hot drinks like latte macchiato, teas, coffee; bottled options like Fristi and chocolate milk; and on-tap soft drinks and fresh orange juice. With 5 locations, Naaldwijk is my closest. Unlike many spots limited to dinner, Watertuin offers all-day packages: breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Breakfast boasts fresh croissants, baguettes, warm toasties, bruschetta, salads, hot soup, and poffertjes. The mushroom soup is a standout—I love starting my day with it. Options have slightly reduced (now one room instead of two), but cakes, sweets, and variety ensure satisfaction for all.
Lunch mirrors dinner with hot/cold dishes, sushi (fresher in evenings), desserts, fresh fruit, Italian ice cream, and two chocolate fountains for dipping fruit, ladyfingers, biscuits, even bacon. Nuts and grills add flair.
The priciest yet most extensive, dinner expands lunch with stir-fry meats/fish, grill buffets, lobster, and more. Tea biscuits are available all day.
Wednesdays offer free meals for kids under 11 at breakfast/lunch (no combos with other promos). Kid-friendly picks like fries, frikandels, croquettes, and cheese soufflés abound. Entertainment includes a courtyard with fish, birds, parrots, and an indoor playground. Other Watertuin sites have playrooms or nearby parks.
Celebrate with a free meal showing ID—just one paying adult needed, no group minimum. Add table decor or a fireworks cake for a fee.
Watertuin is a treat for occasional visits, especially with kids or birthdays. It's convenient, though my husband prefers à la carte. Prepayment is a minor downside, and quality peaked years ago—sushi shines but isn't elite. Still, I leave satisfied and recommend it highly.
