Squarebreak, the site that will take you from the hotel to the villas

Squarebreak what is it? Launched in 2013, Squarebreak is the leading operator of second homes. Created by two young people from the hotel, tourism and real estate sectors, the site offers to optimize the potential of its properties and allows holidaymakers from all over the world to rent properties by providing them with hotel services.

His goal ? Bringing transparency to the seasonal rental market by supporting it with a whole series of services and, thus, simplifying customers' stays by offering them a new hotel experience in private places.

Like at a hotel

Admittedly, booking accommodation with a private individual is not innovative. What is, is that the accommodation in question was visited by the site, and that it was only retained if it met the most demanding criteria. Thus, the rental company never has a bad surprise when arriving on site.

The little extra? Any stay in one of the villas includes full cleaning and the provision of household linen, changed once a week. The drudgery of cleaning up at the end of the stay is therefore definitively eradicated. Ladies and gentlemen, all you have to do is take it easy! As in the hotel, a cosmetic kit is present in the bathroom. Practical for composing a travel size toiletry bag, isn't it? In addition, an agent welcomes you and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. A range of à la carte services are offered, from the most practical (laundry, driver, laundry, etc.) to the most gastronomic (restaurant reservations, chef at home, cooking classes, etc.), including well-being. (hairdresser, manicure, sports coach, yoga, etc.) and tourism (excursions, museum visits, reservation of shows, etc.). No need therefore to bother checking the best tourist sites on the net, and to cause an argument with your darling who obviously does not agree with you on the best place to visit, since the agents looking after you are locals.

In fact, all you have to do is fan your toes in France or anywhere else…
