Four Adventurers' Epic Tuk-Tuk Odyssey: Bangkok to Paris for Children's Charity

Aged 24 to 27, Laurène, Louis, Charles, and Tanguy just completed an extraordinary journey back to France in a tuk-tuk. Traversing Laos, China, the Gobi Desert, the Silk Road, and the Bosphorus, they arrived home three weeks ago after six months of unforgettable adventures.

What’s a tuk-tuk? Pronounced “touk-touk,” this classic Thai motorized tricycle doubles as a taxi and embodies Southeast Asian streets.

Volunteers for "Children of the Mekong," an NGO educating kids in seven Asian countries (Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Philippines, Cambodia, Burma, and China), they chose the tuk-tuk to chase their dream: world travel while aiding Asian children. Naming their trip "Mekong Factors" highlighted their mission to secure sponsors for schooling. They even brought back letters from the children to their French godparents.

"Mekong Factors" takes on its full meaning!
