We've all dreamed of circling the globe, but tight budgets often hold us back. One Singapore family turned that dream into reality—almost for free. Pedro Pla and Grace Cheng, parents to young boys Ramses and Ranefer, also founded the credit card comparison site Get.com. Leveraging their expertise, they amassed 960,000 miles through smart card usage. These points secured four business-class round-the-world tickets valued at 51,000 euros. While a steal, they still cover personal expenses and trip taxes.
Their envy-inducing route spans six months across five continents, kicking off in January 2017 with Kenya, followed by Spain, the United Kingdom, Finland, and Switzerland. March brings Brazil and Colombia; April, the Caribbean; and it wraps in July with South Korea and Japan. Sharing every moment on social media, they've grown a following of nearly 20,000 on Instagram, captivating adventure seekers worldwide.
