Holidays:5 activities to do in the mountains

Canyoning

Canyoning is a very varied activity that combines hiking, climbing and water sports. To cross the ravines or waterfalls of the mountains, it is better to be sporty (or love adrenaline) because you have to walk, run, jump, go down natural slides, swim in deep waters... But it's worth it because often you discover wild places remained secret in the eyes of men. And it's beautiful to see!

The paddle

It's kind of the sport everyone's talking about right now (thanks Orlando Bloom...). Practiced by several celebrities, it consists of rowing with a paddle standing on a board. In the mountains, this activity can be practiced on navigable lakes, in complete serenity. This leisure allows not only to have fun but also to play sports and above all to admire the breathtaking landscapes that are available to us.

Mountain biking

Whether you are a great sportsman or not, mountain biking allows you to exercise well while enjoying the green setting that surrounds us. In addition, everyone loves to make it, even the little ones. Then in the mountains, the sensations are stronger thanks to the descents. An activity for those looking for thrills!

Bungee jumping

On the scale of thrilling activities, bungee jumping has been at the top for a long time. And in summer in the mountains, it's the season and the perfect setting to get started. So without hesitation (well, so to speak…), we take the plunge! But first, don't forget to admire the superb view, so as never to forget this minute of strong feeling.

Rafting

Rafting is a sport that consists of navigating sections of river (or mountain streams!) aboard an inflatable raft paddled by several crew members. This activity requires a good team spirit and will be perfect for the more adventurous, who are not shy.
