Chef Ma Wing Tak at the acclaimed Cantonese restaurant LiLi has crafted the New Year's Eve "Eight Flavors of the Peony Pavilion" menu—eight lucky dishes—and the "Special Selection" menu. Developed in collaboration with chef Tang Chi Keung from the Michelin-starred Yi-Long at The Peninsula Shanghai, it blends premium French ingredients with authentic Chinese specialties.
On February 15, the evening ignites with a poetic Aquatic Sleeve Dance from Chinese theater, followed by the iconic lion dance. The next day, another lion dance blending art, spectacle, and kung-fu graces the Terrasse Kléber, bestowing luck and prosperity on guests. From February 13 to March 3, admire ten stunning black-and-white photographs by Annie Leibovitz capturing the backstage magic of Peninsula hotels, exhibited in the hotel's common areas.
