Paris Aéroport offers yoga sessions to travellers!

Fear of the plane, stress of preparations, great accumulated fatigue... What if this year we went into vacation mode as soon as we boarded? At Paris-Orly as at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris Aéroport offers every summer weekend 10 to 20-minute Yoga Nidra sessions in the boarding lounges accompanied by relaxation to the sound of Tibetan bowls.

What is it?

Accessible to all, based on visualization and meditation, Yoga Nidra allows you to quickly release tension and let your body and mind float serenely. Used at the end of the session, the Tibetan bowls diffuse gentle vibrations that resonate with the body and act as a real massage for the cells. With these two practices combined, we limit travel-related fatigue and take off with complete peace of mind!

Why do we love?

Because it is experienced (and bilingual!) teachers from the very serious Tigre Yoga Club created by Elodie Garamond who stick to it. And because Paris Aéroport also takes care of the little ones during the sessions:a hostess will have them color mandalas while making sure to notify each participant when boarding their flight opens. Clever!

Here we go!

Every Friday and Saturday from July 13 to August 18, 2018, in the departure lounges of Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports. More info here!

Warning, event!
