Paris Airports Offer Free Yoga Nidra Sessions for Stress-Free Travel

Flight anxiety, pre-travel stress, and accumulated fatigue can make vacations feel overwhelming. What if you could slip into vacation mode right at the airport? This summer, Paris Aéroport provides 10- to 20-minute Yoga Nidra sessions every weekend in the boarding lounges at Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports, enhanced by relaxing Tibetan bowl sounds.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Accessible to everyone, this visualization and meditation practice quickly releases tension, allowing your body and mind to drift serenely. The Tibetan bowls, used at session's end, emit gentle vibrations that resonate through the body, delivering a cellular massage. Together, these techniques minimize travel fatigue, ensuring you board your flight with total peace of mind.

Why We Love It

Expert, bilingual instructors from the renowned Tigre Yoga Club, founded by Elodie Garamond, lead the sessions. Paris Aéroport also caters to families: a dedicated hostess supervises children coloring mandalas and alerts participants when boarding begins. Thoughtful and practical!
