Each country is full of unique places in the world. After the wisteria tunnel in Japan, it is a site with similar particularities that delights the inhabitants of Kevlan, a small village located in the northwest of Ukraine. Also made for lovers of green spaces, the Tunnel of Love is the result of the encounter between wild nature and the infrastructure created by man. Indeed, it is indeed an old railway line through which a train loaded with raw materials once passed. The trees, which grew freely on either side of the railway line, gradually took on the shape of the wagon that crossed the forest 3 times a day for several years.
Today, the tunnel takes its name from its highly romantic character, and every year it welcomes many tourists who come to take this exceptional walk accompanied by their other half. It is even the object of a belief:if two people cross it hand in hand and their love is sincere, then their wishes will come true. Superb! The different "dresses" that the place takes on as the seasons go by give it an even more majestic dimension:sometimes green in spring, sometimes orange in autumn and white with snow in winter...
