Skyscanner presents its “holidays” tool

May 1 is fast approaching, then May 8, then Ascension and Pentecost… So many opportunities to bridge the gap and take advantage of long weekends. To make our lives easier and to make it easier to book plane tickets during these periods, the travel comparator Skyscanner has updated its “holidays” tool launched last year. Everything has been redesigned:implementation of a calendar, new design, ease of use and even a dedicated page.

A feature that facilitates reservations

To use the tool, simply go to the holidays page of Skyscanner.fr, then enter your departure airport. The feature then highlights the best plans for getting away to France or abroad, while indicating the duration of the stay and the number of days off that you will need to take to be able to take advantage of it. So handy, isn't it? Thus, for the May Day weekend departing from Paris, the platform offers to fly to Geneva for 4 days, with 1 day off, from €103 round trip. The travel comparator also suggests a 4-day stay in Reykjavik, taking 1 day off, from €104 round trip. For those who wish to take advantage of the Tuesday May 8 bank holiday departing from Marseille, Skyscanner offers a 4-day trip to Barcelona with return tickets from €93. The firm also took the opportunity to study the destinations most booked by the French during the 2018 bridges, and apart from Marrakech, these are only cities in Europe, starting with the Portuguese capital, Lisbon.

Many other travel suggestions are available on the Skyscanner page, check it out if you are lucky enough to be able to go!
