For my daughter's 18th birthday, our family gathered at Eetcafé Twins in Arnhem for an unforgettable meal. We scored an extra-affordable 3-course dinner through Social Deal.
Your child turns 18 just once, so I planned a special celebration (her actual birthday is next Thursday, August 8). We'd visited Eetcafé Twins last year and loved the food and cozy vibe, so I booked again. With a large group, I snapped up Social Deal vouchers, letting all but one enjoy a 3-course dinner at a steal. I held back for one child, unsure if they'd finish three courses.
Located in central Arnhem near the station, this small but welcoming spot offers indoor and outdoor seating—perfect for summer terrace dining. The menu caters to all tastes, including vegetarians, with diverse, flavorful options.
Weekly themed events keep things exciting: Ladies' Night Wednesdays, unlimited tapas Mondays and Tuesdays for €17.00, and Sundays where one child up to 12 eats free per parent. Their Social Deal menu is also available as 3- or 4-course dinners.
Last Saturday, our family group dined here using Social Deal reservations—accommodating an extra guest was no issue. The 3-course menu offered plenty of choices, and everyone found favorites.
The 2.5+ hour meal flew by amid laughter and savoring. All agreed it was a hit: generous portions of delicious food. It even became our new go-to spot. The place filled up after 7pm, but the upstairs seating handled the crowd seamlessly.
At €13.50 per Social Deal voucher, plus a bit extra for one regular menu order and drinks (plenty of bottles), the evening totaled €180 for nine, including tip. That's exceptional value for an extensive 3-course meal and multiple drinks each.
