Favorite hotel:the nhow Marseille

Where is it?

On the Kennedy Corniche, between the Old Port and the Prado beaches, at the foot of the chic Roucas Blanc district, 20 minutes from Saint-Charles train station.

Why do we love?

For the incredible view of the bay of Marseilles and the Big Blue, for the good humor of the staff coached by a dynamic director, Moïse Aykanat, formerly of the Nouvelle Star, and the frank and joyful colors of the places which contrast with the immaculate white of the rooms, and for the pleasure of (re)discovering this mythical hotel, former beacon of Marseille evenings, in a new light. Marseille is an electric battery, the nhow the perfect place to recharge the batteries!

What do we do there?

We land at the indoor/outdoor Sky Bar with a view of the harbor and sharp musical programming, we take advantage of the Phytomer spa and the outdoor swimming pool fed by the nearby saline water source of Roucas Blanc, we chill at the Cactus Bar with a dazzling yellow…

And around?

To swim in the sea, walk a few minutes to the beach of the Prophet or that of Roucas Blanc. For a bath in culture, visit the Cité Radieuse by Le Corbusier, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Mucem or the Euroméditerannée district, playground of the greatest architects (Zaha Hadid, Ruddy Ricciotti, Jean Nouvel). And of course, we stroll around the Old Port, survey the Panier district...

What do we eat there?

Accessible bistronomic cuisine by Benjamin Mathieu:raw sea bream with frozen bonito broth, iodized condiment, saddle and side of suckling lamb rubbed with spices, meringue millefeuille…
